Do you send samples?
Yes we do! You can order as many samples as you wish, you will only pay for the delivery costs, Please note we get a huge amount of sample requests per day so please allow upto 5-7 days to receive your Samples
Where are your products made?
Tile production is truly global market, due to this we have products from all over Europe and beyond.
Do your tiles need sealing?
Our Porcelain paving tiles do not need to be sealed. However, sealing exterior sandstone paving is a personal preference.
Can your products be used on commercial, industrial projects?
Yes all of our ranges can be used on commercial projects, we currently sell to multiple large construction companies that know and trust the quality of products from DPS. If you require any further information on commercial ranges please email sales@discountporcelain.co.uk
How to Order
How can I place my order?
We take great pride in how easy it is using for fast, secure website. Unlike other companies it is quick and easy purchasing from Discount Porcelain Superstore
Simply add how many pallets you require to the basket and use our secure checkout page to complete your order.
Can I order per m2?
You can either choose to purchase by Full or Half Pallets.
How much extra should I order?
As with all tiles and paving projects, we recommended taking the time to measure your area properly. Most customers order an additional 10% for cuts, damages on site and breakage wastage.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all card payments. Pay safely and securely online with Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
If you would like a to pay on Pro Forma Invoice please email sales@discountporcelain.co.uk and we can send you one to make a BACS transaction.
Can you send me a quote?
Yes we appreciate people want to gather multiple quotes. If so please email the team at sales@discountporcelain.co.uk requesting a quote of the products you require.
Damages and Returns
What is your returns policy?
We offer a full 7 days returns policy. If you wish to return yours goods please contact us at sales@discountporcelain.co.uk Please note unfortunately we cannot accept returns on left over tiles.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great pride in checking each and every package before it leaves for delivery. However, on rare occasions damages do happen in transit.
If this is the case due to insurance policy you must complete our damages form.
Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout through the weight of your order and your postcode.
Can I click and collect?
i'm afraid we dont offer a collection service.
Prices
Do you offer trade prices?
As we are very competitively priced we offer both trade and customers the same price.
Why are your prices so competitive?

Do your prices include VAT?
All our prices are Plus Vat, For business users and trade sales please note upon ordering you will receive a full VAT receipt via email as soon as you make payment.
Do you do large bulk order discount?
As you will already know our tiles are extremely competitive, however as with any business if you do require a large volume bulk load please email sales@discountporcelain.co.uk and we can quote you accordingly.
